Somewhat modernistic in design style, but not totally “over the top”. No other building in Stratford looks like this. This building is now in the over ten years old age range.

A north-east Stratford location best suited to those individuals who have access to an automobile as there is no shopping in the immediate area. This building, given it’s modern design, will most likely age gracefully.
