This complex, when completed in 2020, will have one cluster of 8 units; 2 clusters of 6 units; one cluster of 5 units and 3 clusters of 4 units. One of these clusters will face onto “Rest Acres Road”. These are two storey single car garage units. “Losani” also built the clusters to the immediate south on Vic Chambers Place. Going forward, more freehold – row house style units are planned for this new community.
“Losani” was one of the first builders to build on the east side of Rest Acres Road. They had to wait patiently for years and years to get all of the building approvals in place. During this time lapse, many of their townhomes and detached homes were presold.
2020 will be a busy year of construction activity in this new community.
