Twenty-one brand new condos are to be built in a four-story modern building. This is a project by Urbanistyc, the same firm working on Stratford’s Bradshaw Lofts. Their website says “classically modern living in the vibrant cultural community of Stratford Ontario.” Pre sale activities are now well underway.
Google 230 Ontario Street Stratford and up pops a picture of a red bricked Baptist church on the northeast corner of Ontario Street and Nile Street. This will be the location of this new building.
Waterloo Street is only one block away to the east and beyond that Downie Street. You can’t get much closer to all of downtown Stratford’s attractions than this. You will be less than a ten-minute walk to downtown, the Tom Patterson and Festival Theatres. What a neighbourhood to live in.
