This building is Tricar built. If you don’t recognize the name, google them or visit the London Ontario website. If you look at many of London’s new high-rise condo buildings, odds are they are Tricar built.

The condo prices on these spacious units when they were first offered for sale in 2013 started at $399,000. Some units with upgrades sold for more. The building’s immediate acceptance came as no surprise. These are spacious units, a feature becoming increasingly hard to find.

Also, the Avon River is only steps away. The neighbourhood is functional and elegant with theatre buildings and tree lined streets, home to many comfortable yellow and red bricked older houses. In the summertime, enjoy the Art in the Park exhibits and enjoy watching the Dragon Boat races and pre-racing practice activities. Coming soon (2020) is the completion of the new Tom Patterson theatre on Lakeside Drive

The Thirty-Six has block exterior walls on the first level and full bricking on the upper levels. Many units have bay windows and some units enjoy covered corner balconies. The building features secured entrance and both open and underground parking. There is a wonderful outdoor sitting area complete with patio furnishings.

Two bedroom and two-bedroom plus den units range from 1290 to 1767 square feet. One penthouse unit is larger. Fourth floor units have 10-foot ceilings

Complementing this building is The Huntington condo building next door at 30 Front Street. There is an area of greenery to the north of these two buildings which goes to the water’s edge.. These buildings earn high marks for blending in well with the surrounding neighbourhood. And the theatre buildings add a sense of vibrancy to this neighbourhood.

An alternative to 36 Front Street is a new Tricar building The Villas of Avon on John Street in our northwest section. Will Tricar’s recent success here spur on other developers to build more condos in Stratford? We think so. Check in regularly to find out what is new in condo living coming to Stratford.
