“North Haven Condos”
A townhouse/rowhouse style design with outdoor parking. The townhomes in Phase I will back into the Harrison Street townhouse freeholds built back in 2007. These “North Haven Condos” are built by “Pol Quality Homes”.
The design styles found here are somewhat unusual. Some units will be main floor units with either 872 or 912 square feet. A second main floor design style will have a loft level. It will have 840 square feet on the main level plus a 553 sq ft second level with an additional bedroom and sitting area.
Other units will be second level units at 872, 912 and 970 sq ft and finally there will be one bedroom units half below grade at 789 and 802 sq ft.
All of these units will have ensuite laundries and a storage locker in a separate storage room area.
We note that the supply of new condos coming to the marketplace in Stratford in 2019 will be quite limited.
