This complex is built in three clusters. Units 1-8, 9-46 and 17-23. Unit sizes are 1375 or 1413 square feet. All of these units have single car garages and covered front porches. Red brick exteriors, brown shingles and asphalt driveways. A small number of units enjoy lower level rear walkouts.
