Units 9-35

Brick, stone, vinyl and aluminum siding exteriors. Patio door off the front living rooms to an open deck overlooking the front driveway. A multi-level design with a small set of steps leading up to a front porch. Some units enjoy long driveways.

Single car garages are built with baseboard electric heat. These are freeholds meaning that there are no condo fees. Unit sizes here are 1205 and 1268 square feet.

Units 18-42

These are the townhouses on the north side of the street which still forty years after they were first built back onto farmer’s fields. Many of these units have arched brick front entranceways. All have single car garages and the foundations are poured in a fashion to be slightly staggered. These are three bedroom units (freeholds once again) in the 1,300 square foot range with electric heat.

This street has always enjoyed an “outer edge” of the city feel. One has to walk past a farmer’s field to get to the bus stop. Prices here, because of age related concerns, are slightly lower than prices in general for North Stratford condos and freeholds.
