334-346 Dufferin Street

– # units 4

– built 2005

These are the first set of one floor freehold townhouse units on the north side of Dufferin Street just west of Maple Street. There are others going west from here. The Dufferin Street Maple Avenue intersection is kind of a dividing line between mid 2000-2010 freehold condo units and units built mostly back in the 1970’s.

This small cluster of one floor units are brownish/red brick in colour with cream coloured vinyl siding. Single car garages, covered front porches, cement driveways and lot depths of almost 128 feet.

While these clusters of units look quite balanced, upon closer inspection you will notice some subtle design differences. Some front doors have design details which are different, some front windows are different as are the upper front gables.

One floor freehold living is a style of living very much in vogue today.
